by using walletroast (the “service”) you agree to these terms. if you don't agree, don't use the service.
1. what the service is
walletroast is an entertainment product. it reads public on-chain data for a wallet address and generates a satirical, ai-written “roast” of that wallet's trading history. the output is comedy, not fact, analysis, or advice.
2. not financial advice
nothing produced by the service is financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. roasts are exaggerated for comedic effect and may be inaccurate. do not make any financial decision based on the service.
3. eligibility
you must be of legal age in your jurisdiction and legally permitted to use crypto services where you live. you are responsible for complying with your local laws.
4. payments
- roasts are paid for in crypto through a third-party payment processor.
- prices are shown before you pay and are charged per roast, based on the networks you select.
- because each roast is generated on demand once payment confirms, completed roasts are non-refundable. if a technical failure on our side means you paid without receiving your roast, contact us and we'll resolve it.
5. acceptable use
don't use the service to harass, defame, or target individuals; don't attempt to break, overload, or reverse-engineer it; and don't use it where doing so would be illegal.
6. no wallet control
the service connects to your wallet in read-only mode. it never requests signatures, approvals, or transfers to generate a roast. you are solely responsible for the security of your wallet and keys.
7. intellectual property
the roast text and card generated for your wallet are yours to share and post. the walletroast name, site, and underlying software remain ours.
8. disclaimer & liability
the service is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. to the maximum extent permitted by law, walletroast is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
9. changes
we may update these terms. continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms. the “last updated” date above reflects the current version.
